Things to See and Do

There are many things to see and do in and around Seymour - Art and craft, sport, heritage and equine.
Seymour is blessed with numerous well maintained parks.  These parks range from natural bushland through heritage to complete sporting complexes. The town also has two pools.  The indoor heated pool, is part of the Seymour Sports and Aquatic Centre at Chittich Park and is adjacent to sports ovals and a skate park. The Olympic Memorial outdoor pool, with its smaller childrens and toddlers pools is near Kings Park off  Tallarook St in Lesley St. Kings Park is the base for Riding for the disabled, Seymour Alternative Farming Expo, Cutting Club and by no means least the home of the Seymour Football Club.  The Goulburn River, Victoria's largest,  winds its way around the town and many of these parks are on its banks and the Multi-purpose Walking Track follows its majestic path.
